There are a lot of protests against the cyanide mining project at “Rosia Montana” located in Alba county, Romania.

In my opinion none of these protests are as shocking as the video with the Romanian actress Maia Morgenstern. Dressed in black she walks with dignity in the blowing wind of unwanted change.

She takes a sit at a simple wooden table and with a gesture full of expressivity characteristic only to the great stage artists grabs the viewer’s attention making them feel the truth about “Rosia Montana”.

The retained sufferance and the determined look are similar to the secular sadness of the simple man, that is walked all over, lied and mugged and that stands up for himself and demands to be left alone!
