The family gathered in the living room, navigating foreign television programs with their rooftop antenna. Without a remote control, manual adjustments on the antenna were required, leading to occasional conflicts and frantic rushes to catch preferred programs.

The author visits a Chinese store full of diverse products to acquire adhesive foil for a project. After some struggle, he finds two transparent foils and proceeds to apply them on a window at home.

The author’s debit card was about to expire, so they got a replacement. Initial attempts to activate the new card at a shop were unsuccessful, but it was eventually activated through a point-of-sale transaction, as expected.

Facebook has successfully grouped thousands of individuals under the umbrella of friendship. However, human capacity to know each individual personally is limited. The number of genuine friends one can have differs drastically, with some boasting numerous online friends, while others maintain few but close ties. The effectiveness of such friendships often remains questionable.
